Product information

Descriptions, pack sizes, sheet counts, ply, dimensions and photographs are given as accurately as we can. Manufacturing tolerances apply, packaging is improved from time to time, and photographs are illustrative — the pack in your hand may differ in detail from the one on screen. Where a specification matters to you, ask us to confirm it in writing before you order.

The order planner

The order planner produces an estimate from broad assumptions about how much tissue a business of a given size and type tends to use. Real consumption varies enormously with footfall, dispenser type, season and habit. Treat the output as a conversation starter, never as a forecast, a budget or a quotation. We accept no liability for over-ordering or under-ordering based on it.

The sales chat

The chat window on this site is a guided helper, not a person and not an artificial intelligence with knowledge of your account. It walks you through a few questions and then prepares an email for you to send. It cannot confirm prices, stock or delivery dates. Anything it says is subject to confirmation by our sales team.

Blog and articles

Articles reflect our view at the time of writing and may age. We do not undertake to keep every article current, and an older piece may no longer reflect how we work or what the market looks like.
