What this website is

This site describes who we are and what we manufacture. It is an invitation to get in touch — not an offer to sell, and not a shop. Nothing on it forms a contract. A sale exists only when we have agreed it with you in writing: a quotation you have accepted, a purchase order we have confirmed, or an invoice we have issued.

Prices, stock and specifications

The site does not publish prices. Where product details, pack sizes, sheet counts or specifications appear, they are given in good faith and can change without notice as we improve our products. Availability is never guaranteed by this website. The figures that bind us are the ones on the quotation or invoice for your order.

The order planner

The order planner gives a rough estimate of how much tissue a business of your size might use. It is a starting point for a conversation, built on general assumptions. It is not a forecast, not advice, and not a quotation. Please do not place a real order on the strength of it alone — send it to us and we will work through it with you.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own or your organisation's use. You may not:

• copy the site, or a substantial part of it, to publish elsewhere;
• use our brand names, logos or product photographs without written permission;
• scrape, mirror or republish the content commercially;

These terms cover the website. Goods we sell you are covered by the terms of sale on the relevant quotation or invoice, which take precedence over this page for anything to do with the goods themselves.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
